雷泰 EC150 是專門用于擠出薄膜、擠出涂布和覆合加工過程的薄膜熱成像系統。EC 150 系統是一個自動的表面檢測系統，能對擠出涂布、附和擠壓和復合加工過程進行探測、測量和對出現的缺陷進行分類。

EC 150 系統具有管理塑料薄膜擠出加工質量的**功能。當局部發生溫度和粘度變化的熔融流體通過一定寬度的擠出液流通道時，會導致擠出薄膜“波邊”或“跑邊”、裂口和邊緣破裂。在EC 150 系統中使用 EC 150 系統中用 MP50 掃描測溫儀連續地監測溫度分布和擠出熔布簾的寬度、自動探測薄膜的瑕疵和缺陷。

EC 150 系統可連續監控薄膜擠出的過程，將溫度數據處理后生成可視化的溫度曲線和熱像圖，并可將溫度曲線圖和熱像圖數據打印存檔。

EC 150 所獨有的“自動扇區”功能可連續監控從擠出料斗中擠出的熔體簾，并自動探測邊緣。“自動扇區”功能可自動適應所測量的塑料膜片寬度的變化，自動探測溫度波動以及“波動”或“跑邊”等缺陷。在“自動扇區”內可計算溫度的偏離、不正常的波邊、跑邊等情況，或快速和自動地探測從一條掃描溫度線到下一條線的邊緣裂口。一旦探測到故障和缺陷，會觸發報警以便迅速進行調整。
